I purchased this tree as a replacement for the one we had. My wife always wanted a fiber-optic tree. Had some difficulty finding a full size fiber-optic tree, then this one popped up.
Pros: The tree is very easy to assemble. It has 120 clear LED lights in addition to the fiber-optic needle ends. This tree does not rely on a color wheel as most others. It uses various LED colors controlled by a computer chip in a small control box. There are 8 settings on the control box which varies the lighting on the tree including; combination, twinkle, fade, wave etc. This tree has a smaller than normal diameter, giving us much more area in the family room than with previous trees and still carries a 7′ height. The tree actually arrived earlier than anticipated. We did run into one problem after assembly..the lights wouldn’t work because of a faulty plug-in adapter. If this is where you expect the complaining to start, I will have to disappoint you. I contacted Bargainfly about the issue (hoping I wouldn’t need to return the entire tree) and sure enough, they contacted me within the hour to tell me they were sending a new plug. Within 2 days, the plug arrived and life was good again. I really can’t say enough about the customer service I received !! The tree is absolutely wonderful and fully controllable.
Cons: The only problem I have (and it’s not really so much a problem) is I wish the little control box wasn’t directly near the “stump” of the tree underneath. It would have been much more ergonomic to have the box closer to the plug to allow ease of access.
I would certainly recommend Bargainfly and this tree to all my friends!

I just received this tree this week, and we love it! It is amazingly beautiful. It is easy to put together. Only two pieces and connect the two light boxes. I cannot explain how fantastic this tree looks.
The tree’s light up ability stopped working, the company tried to send out a part that might have been the problem. We never received the part, still haven’t. But to compensate for an unlit christmas, the company did refund our money and allow us to keep the tree. Who knows what happed to that part (I heard people were going around stealing packages off porches, maybe that could have happened to us? dunno) but I’m easy going and they more than made up for the problem. The tree is great and I’m sure I can find the part to fix it, thank you very much.
