D. Subbarao mandate all unclaimed funds to be release back to the beneficiary stating that it is an unfair practice

to withhold funds for government basket for one reason or the other for tax accumulations.

Therefore, we are writing this email to inform you that £500,000.00 Great British Pounds will be release

to you in your name, as it was committed for (RBI) Governor that Beneficiary will have to pay for the Letter

of Approval (LOA) so that you can be approved by the British Council Chairman Sir Vernon Ellis, in United

Kingdom to receive the Unpaid Funds.

You must pay the sum of Rs.17,500.00/- ONLY to the British Council through the United Nation SecretaryGeneral Mr. Ban Ki-moon’s Office to get the Letter of Approval (LOA) , and your Funds will be credited to your
